The MoP® Practitioner course builds on the Foundation level to develop the ability to apply the MoP framework in real portfolio management environments. The Practitioner course focuses on how to use MoP effectively – tailoring the practices, managing portfolio complexity, and applying MoP principles to realistic organisational scenarios.
The course prepares delegates for the MoP Practitioner examination, which tests applied knowledge through scenario-based questions. Successful completion demonstrates the capability to work as a portfolio manager or senior portfolio professional within an MoP environment.
