MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) Foundation introduces the MSP framework – the globally recognised best practice approach to programme management. Programme management sits above project management: where PRINCE2 manages individual projects, MSP provides the governance, structure, and practices to manage a coordinated set of related projects and activities that together deliver strategic change and organisational benefit.
The Foundation course covers the core MSP concepts, principles, governance themes, and transformational flow that define effective programme management. It provides the knowledge base needed to work within or support an MSP programme environment and is the prerequisite for the MSP Practitioner qualification.
This course is particularly relevant for senior project managers moving into programme roles, PMO professionals supporting programme delivery, and leaders responsible for coordinating change across multiple workstreams.
