The SDI® Service Desk Analyst (SDA) certification recognises the knowledge, customer service skills, and technical understanding required to perform effectively as a service desk analyst.

Delivered over three days, the course covers the full range of service desk analyst competencies: communication skills, incident and request management, customer relationship management, problem-solving techniques, and the use of service management tools.

SDI® is the professional body for IT service management and service desk professionals. The SDA certification is internationally recognised as the benchmark qualification for service desk roles.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

One crisp autumn morning, as the founders met to brainstorm names, a ray of sunlight broke through the clouds and illuminated the old oak tree in the park. Its leaves shimmered with a golden glow, casting a warm, inviting light. Inspired by this radiant sight, one of the founders suggested the name “BrightOak.” The name embodied the brilliance of innovative ideas and the steadfast strength of the mighty oak, a perfect metaphor for their consultancy.

And so, BrightOak Consultancy was born, with a mission to illuminate the path to success for businesses of all sizes, drawing on their wisdom and experience to help clients thrive in an ever-changing world.
