The EXIN Agile Business Professional certification is designed for business professionals who work in or alongside agile environments and want to develop a deep, practical understanding of agile ways of working beyond the IT team.
This three-day course covers the agile mindset, key frameworks, and how agile principles can be applied to drive organisational agility – whether you are in a product, business, operations, or management role. It focuses on the business case for agility, how to foster collaboration across functions, and how to lead and contribute effectively in an agile organisation.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Explain agile values, principles, and their business application
– Describe key agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe concepts) and their appropriate use
– Apply agile thinking to business challenges and improvement opportunities
– Contribute effectively to agile product and delivery teams as a business stakeholder
– Prepare for the EXIN Agile Business Professional examination

No formal prerequisites, though basic familiarity with agile concepts is beneficial.
