The EXIN Business Analysis Practitioner and Master of Change certification is an advanced qualification that develops the strategic, analytical, and change management capabilities of experienced business analysts.
Building on Foundation-level knowledge, this advanced course covers strategic alignment and business architecture, advanced requirements and stakeholder management, change management theory and practice, benefits realisation, and how to lead transformational change. The Master of Change element recognises the BA’s expanded role as a change enabler, not just a requirements gatherer.
The course is delivered over multiple days and leads to two complementary EXIN certifications.

– Apply advanced requirements elicitation and management techniques

– Apply change management frameworks to support transformation
