The EXIN Dynamic Project Management Method Project Manager certification is the practitioner-level qualification on the DPMM pathway. It develops the ability to apply DPMM at a more advanced level – managing complex project scenarios, adapting the framework to different contexts, and demonstrating the leadership and decision-making skills of an effective DPMM Project Manager.
This three-day course builds on Foundation knowledge through case studies, practical exercises, and scenario-based learning.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

– Adapt DPMM appropriately to different organisational and project contexts
– Lead a DPMM project team effectively
– Manage project risk, stakeholders, and change using DPMM approaches
