The EXIN Lean IT Leadership certification is the advanced level on the EXIN Lean IT pathway. It focuses on the leadership behaviours, culture, and strategy required to sustain a Lean IT transformation across an organisation.
The course moves beyond tools and techniques to examine how leaders create the conditions for Lean to thrive – developing a culture of continuous improvement, aligning Lean efforts with strategic goals, and driving organisational change through servant leadership and visible commitment.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Explain the role of leadership in sustaining Lean IT transformation
– Apply strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) to align Lean initiatives with business goals
– Develop a culture of continuous improvement at team and organisational level
– Lead by example using Lean leadership behaviours
– Prepare for the EXIN Lean IT Leadership examination
