The EXIN Privacy and Data Protection Professional (PDPP) is the advanced level on the EXIN data protection pathway. It develops the ability to apply data protection principles in complex organisational situations – including conducting DPIAs, managing a compliance programme, advising on lawful processing, and acting in the DPO role.
This three-day course addresses the real-world challenges of data protection compliance, combining detailed knowledge of GDPR with practical application in business scenarios.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Apply GDPR requirements to complex organisational scenarios
– Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
– Design and manage a data protection compliance programme
– Advise on the lawful basis for processing and data subject rights issues
– Fulfil the responsibilities of a Data Protection Officer
– Prepare for the EXIN PDPP examination
