The ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT) course is one of four modules required to achieve the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation. It explores how organisations operating in high-speed digital environments can combine ITIL concepts with Agile, DevOps, Lean, and other modern approaches to accelerate service delivery and achieve better business outcomes.
Delivered over three days, the course examines the behaviours, culture, and practices needed to succeed in rapidly evolving digital environments. It focuses on five objectives: valuable investments, fast development, resilient operations, co-created value, and assured conformance.
HVIT is particularly relevant for organisations undergoing digital transformation or seeking to integrate traditional ITSM with contemporary engineering practices.
