The ITIL® 4 Relationship Management Practitioner is a one-day course that develops practical expertise in the Relationship Management practice within the ITIL 4 framework. Relationship Management is the practice responsible for establishing and nurturing the links between an organisation and its stakeholders at strategic and tactical levels. This course covers how to build trust, manage expectations, handle conflicts, and create the conditions for effective value co-creation with customers and partners.
Designed for practitioners already holding ITIL® 4 Foundation, this course provides in-depth coverage of the practice’s concepts, activities, roles, and metrics – and prepares you for the single-practice practitioner examination.

– Exam delivery: Online proctored or paper-based at an authorised test centre
