The PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner is a two-day course for project management professionals who have already achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation and want to develop the ability to apply the methodology in real project environments.
Where the Foundation course establishes what PRINCE2 is and how it works, the Practitioner course focuses on how to use it – tailoring the framework to different project contexts, applying its principles and practices to realistic scenarios, and demonstrating the judgment to make PRINCE2 work effectively in practice.
The course uses practical exercises and case studies to develop the applied skills required for the Practitioner examination, which is an open-book test requiring genuine understanding rather than recall.
