AgilePM® Practitioner builds on the Foundation qualification to develop your ability to apply the DSDM framework in real project scenarios. Over two days you will work through case studies and scenario-based exercises that mirror the type of thinking required in the Practitioner examination.
The course focuses on applying AgilePM concepts in context – including how to tailor the approach, manage stakeholder involvement, handle scope and requirements in practice, and make sound decisions under project pressures.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Apply AgilePM principles and practices to real project scenarios
– Analyse project situations and select appropriate AgilePM responses
– Demonstrate how AgilePM roles and responsibilities operate in practice
– Apply MoSCoW prioritisation and timeboxing in a project context
– Prepare effectively for the AgilePM Practitioner examination
This course is for AgilePM Foundation holders who wish to progress to Practitioner level and demonstrate applied agile project management competence.
AgilePM® Foundation certificate is required before attending this course.

– Pass mark: 50% (40/80)
