The APMG Change Management Foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of managing change in organisations. Delivered over two days, it covers the key models, frameworks, and concepts needed to understand how organisations change – and how people respond to change.
The course draws on established change management theory including the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) and explores the human side of change: motivation, resistance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
It prepares candidates for the APMG Change Management Foundation examination and provides the foundation for progressing to the Practitioner level.
