The EXIN Agile Coach certification is designed for experienced agile practitioners who want to develop their skills as coaches and facilitators of agile transformation. It builds on agile foundations to develop the coaching mindset, tools, and techniques needed to guide individuals, teams, and organisations toward greater agility.
Over three days, the course covers professional coaching principles, how to apply them in an agile context, how to facilitate organisational change, and how to develop coaching conversations that unlock performance and capability.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Explain the role and mindset of an agile coach
– Apply professional coaching techniques in an agile context
– Facilitate team retrospectives and improvement cycles effectively
– Support organisational agile transformation at team and leadership level
– Distinguish between coaching, mentoring, and training approaches
– Prepare for the EXIN Agile Coach examination
Experienced Scrum Masters, agile leads, and change professionals who want to develop a coaching capability and support broader agile adoption.
EXIN Agile Scrum Master or equivalent agile practitioner experience is recommended.
