The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT is an Extension module that addresses one of the most pressing challenges facing IT organisations today: how to deliver digital services responsibly while minimising environmental and social impact.
Delivered over three days, the course provides a practical framework for embedding sustainability into IT service management practices.
