The MoR® Foundation & Practitioner Bundle delivers both levels of the Management of Risk certification in a single, intensive 5-day programme.
MoR provides a structured approach to risk management that can be applied across all levels of an organisation – strategic, programme, project, and operational. It covers the principles, approach, and processes needed to embed effective risk management into organisational culture and decision-making.
The bundle covers:
– Days 1-2: MoR® Foundation – establishing the MoR principles, approach, process, and embedding framework
– Days 3-5: MoR® Practitioner – applying MoR in complex scenarios, tailoring to context, and preparing for the Practitioner examination
Both examinations are taken during the course, achieving Foundation and Practitioner in a single efficient programme.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
– Explain the purpose, principles, and processes of the MoR framework
– Describe the MoR approach to risk management across different organisational perspectives
– Apply risk identification, assessment, and response techniques
– Establish and maintain a risk register and embed risk management into governance processes
– Tailor MoR to suit different organisational and project contexts
– Understand the relationship between risk management, governance, and organisational objectives
– Pass both the MoR Foundation and Practitioner examinations
This course is designed for:
– Risk managers, risk officers, and compliance professionals
– Project and programme managers responsible for risk management
– Senior managers and leaders making risk-informed decisions
– Internal auditors and governance professionals
– Anyone seeking the full MoR certification in the most time-efficient format
There are no mandatory prerequisites for the MoR Foundation level.
For the Practitioner level, the MoR Foundation certificate is required – achieved during the first two days of this bundle.
Experience in project, programme, or operational risk management is beneficial.
Two examinations are included in this bundle:
MoR Foundation:
– 50 multiple-choice questions, closed-book
– 40 minutes duration
– Pass mark: 50% (25 out of 50)
MoR Practitioner:
– Objective testing format, open-book (MoR manual only)
– 2.5 hours duration
– Pass mark: 55%
Both exams administered by PeopleCert. Exam vouchers are included in the course fee.

– Official MoR Foundation and Practitioner courseware
– The official MoR manual (permitted in the Practitioner exam)
– Practice exam questions for both levels
– Revision support materials
After MoR Foundation & Practitioner, consider:
