The PRINCE2® P3O® Practitioner builds on Foundation to develop the ability to apply P3O guidance in real organisational scenarios. The course focuses on the practical application of P3O models – how to design a P3O structure, implement it in context, manage the services it provides, and demonstrate its value to the organisation.
The Practitioner examination is scenario-based and open-book, testing the ability to apply rather than simply recall P3O knowledge.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
– Apply P3O principles and models to organisational scenarios
– Design a P3O structure appropriate to an organisation’s context
– Implement P3O services and demonstrate their value
– Manage change and stakeholder engagement in a P3O context
– Prepare for the P3O Practitioner examination
