The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management (BRM) is an Extension module that focuses on the discipline of establishing, managing, and evolving productive relationships between service providers and their customers and stakeholders.

Delivered over three days, the course provides practical guidance on BRM concepts, roles, responsibilities, and activities within an ITIL 4 context. It explores how strong business relationships drive value co-creation and how the BRM function supports strategic alignment between IT and the business.

The BRM module is relevant to both IT professionals who manage stakeholder relationships and business professionals seeking to work more effectively with their IT partners.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the BRM role, responsibilities, and competencies

  • Pass mark: 70% (28 out of 40)

  • Exam delivery: Online proctored or paper-based at an authorised test centre
