The PDC integratedITSM™ System course provides a comprehensive understanding of how IT Service Management processes work together as a unified, integrated system – rather than operating in silos.

Delivered over two days, the course explores the origins and evolution of ITSM, the principles underpinning an integrated approach, and how organisations can move from fragmented, framework-specific processes to a coherent end-to-end service management system.

integratedITSM is a Professional Designations Certification (PDC) qualification, providing a recognised credential for ITSM professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to see and manage the whole service management picture.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the origins, evolution, and importance of ITSM as a discipline
  • Describe how ITSM processes and functions interact and depend on each other
  • Apply the integratedITSM model to map and improve end-to-end service management workflows
