MoR® (Management of Risk) Foundation introduces the MoR framework – the globally recognised best practice approach to risk management across all levels of an organisation. Unlike risk management training that focuses on a single context (e.g. project risk or operational risk), MoR takes an integrated view, covering strategic, programme, project, and operational risk within a single coherent framework.
The Foundation course covers the core MoR principles, approach, processes, and techniques that define effective risk management. It provides the knowledge needed to work within or support an MoR risk management environment and is the prerequisite for the MoR Practitioner qualification.
This course is relevant for anyone with risk management responsibilities across projects, programmes, operations, or strategy.
