VeriSM™ Professional is the advanced level on the VeriSM certification pathway, building on Foundation to develop the ability to apply the VeriSM model in complex organisational scenarios. The course focuses on applying VeriSM thinking strategically – adapting the Service Management Mesh to organisational context, driving service improvement, and leading VeriSM adoption.
It is a scenario-focused course that develops practical capability alongside formal certification.
